Refund Policy

We have a strict "major failure" return policy, which means you can only return your purchase after it appears to be damaged, not in working order or if the item you receive does not match the item purchased on your receipt. What constitutes a "major failure" will be determined under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty and they can choose to repair or replace.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at store@whittley.com.au. If your return is accepted, you’ll need to organize and pay for your own shipping method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can only do so within the first 7 days of receiving your item. Any claims made after the 7 day period will not be accepted upon our return policy. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
